What you'll do:
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in the analysis, design, coding, and testing of various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the overall development process to meet client needs effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in software development.
Here's what you'll need:
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Additional Good to Have Skills: Experience with Healthcare Management, Health Insurance Operations.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to EMR systems.
- Experience with database management and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in healthcare technology.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- This position is based at our Manila office.
