The
Electromechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems within the facility. This role ensures the efficient and safe operation of equipment such as air conditioning units, fans, AHU, FCU, elevators, and escalators. The technician conducts preventive maintenance, identifies potential issues, and supports overall building operations while adhering to safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Job Qualifications
- At least a Technical/Vocational Diploma or NC II in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Technology, or a related field.
- Preferably with experience in electromechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in electrical and mechanical systems, including AC units, AHU, FCU, and related equipment.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
- Familiar with safety standards and operating procedures.
- Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork and shifting schedules.
- With good communication and teamwork skills.
