Maintain, monitor and perform routine facility and equipment maintenance
Perform basic troubleshooting / corrective maintenance and restoration
Conduct routine inspection on building, perimeter/fence and other facilities. Perform minor repair if needed.
Provide assistance to HO support or third-party contractor during maintenance/ project activity.
Prepare and submit reports, forms, and other necessary documentations.
Ensure that electrical and gen set room are clean.
Receive and submit copies of utility bills and other documents to HO.
Maintains highest level of cleanliness in work/ storage areas
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Applicants can be College Graduate of Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or other related Course, Graduate of Vocational Course, and/or Short Course Certificate.
High School Graduate with sufficient experience is also encourage to apply.
Have VALID NCII Electrician Certificate.
Experience is preferred but no required.
OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES.
Master Electrician is an advantage
Can perform preventive maintenance on Electrical System.
