Job Description

Electrical And Plumbing

Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties
Perform installation, maintenance, and upgrades of electrical wiring, panels, switches, outlets, lighting systems, waterlines, drainage systems, and fixtures
Ensure that all electrical and plumbing work complies with local codes and safety standards
Conduct preventive maintenance checks and generate reports on electrical and plumbing systems

General Maintenance Support

Provide assistance with mechanical, masonry, and minor finishing works as needed
Read and interpret plans/designs and create basic layouts with cost proposals for review and approval
Ensure proper use of tools and equipment relevant to trade-specific and general maintenance work
Support facilities team in site inspections and operational monitoring

Other Duties

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Property Manager or PIC
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Ananta office and support areas

Job Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in electrical or plumbing is preferred
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance, preferably in residential and commercial settings
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems circuits, load requirements, and plumbing fixtures and installations
Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and layout plans
Skilled in using hand and power tools specific to electrical and plumbing trades
Basic understanding of safety standards, PPE use, and hazard control procedures
Good communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and capable of working in various environmental conditions
