We are seeking a skilled and hands-on
Electrical Technician to handle the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of office and production equipment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying reusable components to help reduce repair costs and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repair and maintenance of office and operational equipment, including:
- Printers
- Laminating machines
- Binding machines
- Heat press machines
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
- Assess and identify parts that can be repaired, refurbished, or reused
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and reliability
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage
- Coordinate with Admin/HR or external suppliers for parts procurement and replacement
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Graduate of Electrical Technology, Industrial Electricity, or related technical/vocational course
- Proven experience in repairing office or light industrial equipment
- Knowledgeable in electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and cost-efficient in approach
- Willing to perform on-site repairs when required
