As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities on project sites. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure that all electrical works meet project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.

Your Role

• Supervise and coordinate electrical technicians and subcontractors on site.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Monitor progress, quality of work, and material usage.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Prepare reports, progress updates, and handover documentation.
• Support commissioning activities and attend project meetings.
• Collaborate with mechanical and other engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Trade Test Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid Electrical License or Certification (if required by law).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction or industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and construction standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
• Passport Holder
