Electrical Specialist

Key responsibilities

1. Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment, systems and wiring
2. Troubleshooting and quickly resolving any electrical faults or issues that arise
3. Assisting with the installation of new electrical equipment and infrastructure
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical safety regulations and standards
5. Maintaining detailed records of all electrical work and inspections carried out
6. Providing guidance and support to other facilities staff on electrical matters
7. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of the company's electrical systems

What we're looking for

1. experience in a similar electrical maintenance role
2. Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
3. Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
4. Up-to-date understanding of relevant electrical safety regulations and best practices
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Commitment to continuing professional development in the electrical field
