Role Overview:
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the engineering, design, implementation, and operational support of rooftop solar PV systems. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and regulations, and company quality and safety standards while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, utility companies, and clients to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective solar projects.

Required
- Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in Solar PV engineering, including Residential and Commercial Rooftop Solar Projects from site assessment, design, and permitting through installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience in conducting site visits and technical assessments.
- Experience in preparing BOMs, technical reports, and project documentation.
- Experience in coordinating with clients, suppliers, contractors, and utility companies.
Preferred
- Experience in commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop solar projects.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in net metering applications and utility interconnection processes.
- Experience in project scheduling and construction management.
