Role Description The Electrical Project Engineer will manage and execute electrical engineering tasks for projects located in Calabarzon, Philippines. This is a contract, on-site role that involves developing electrical designs, reviewing technical specifications, and supporting installation and commissioning activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with project managers and other engineering disciplines, preparing drawings and documentation, performing load and power distribution calculations, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and codes. The Electrical Project Engineer will monitor project progress, assist in resolving technical issues on site, and support quality and safety initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. The role also requires clear communication with clients, vendors, and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of electrical systems.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and practical understanding of electricity principles.
• Experience in Electrical Design, including preparation of layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Power Systems and Power Distribution, including load analysis and system coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience working on industrial or commercial projects, preferably in an on-site engineering capacity.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with common electrical design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar software).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Calabarzon, Philippines and adapt to project-based schedules.
