For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Customer Service experience
  • Solid understanding of basic information about electrical.
  • Knowledge of basic installations and applications of wiring and other electrical products.
  • Knowledge of hazardous locations markets.
  • Experience in installations and applications of wiring and other related products.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats.
  • Perform basic product troubleshooting using information from public documents and limited to business unit products.
  • Explain product specifications and product features to customers.
  • Gather, collect, organize, and send electronic copies of documentation to the customers.
  • Identify project ideas and opportunities that support continuous improvement initiatives
