Electrical Engineer

The Medical City Clinic is looking for Electrical Engineer to be assigned at Exquadra Tower Ortigas Center, Pasig City. This role is responsible for designing and providing detailed computation of electrical systems of all facilities and preparing electrical specifications and other documentation in compliance with laws, codes, and equipment and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Performs inspection of all electrical, and air conditioning systems throughout the clinics and head office to ensure efficiency and proper functioning

2. Acts on the request of the clinics and head office job order

3. Monitors maintenance providers and ensures their efficient services in all clinics

4. Prepares preventive maintenance schedules of electrical, air conditioning, and equipment

5. In case of emergency, can render service to resolve issues in all clinics

6. Designs power, lighting, and low/high voltage system

Qualifications:

- Graduate of B.S. Electrical Engineering with PRC License

-Knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and applicable electrical safety standards and regulations

- With at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, construction and fit-out related work experience

-Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office application

-Willing to travel between multiple clinic sites and respont to urgent electrical/facility concerns
