Electrical Engineer (pooling)

Performs reports and documents in relation to all electro mechanical activities as required by the project.

Responsibilities

1.) Reviews MEP design drawings as required

2.) Evaluates and analyzes tender documents, plans and technical specs; to ensure accuracy and timely submission

3.) Prepares monitoring and status reports as recommended by Project Manager in Charge including internal reports

4.) Monitors progress of accomplishment and issuance of owner supplied materials

5.) Coordinates, maintains and controls project material cost, quality and productivity of MEP

6.) Reads, interprets and explains construction plans and provide work direction to others

7.) Coordinates design and estimate requirements with subcontractors and consultants

8.) Attends pre-bid meetings, coordination meeting and plant inspection if necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
• With 1 years related work experience in a construction industry, with experience in estimating and bidding, review of construction plans and specification, must have experience in coordination with other M&E trades
