Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and validate electrical systems for commercial food equipment and refrigeration products. Manage design specifications and provide technical guidance to both internal teams and external customers. Coordinate product design evaluations and testing with suppliers and manufacturing partners to achieve cost optimization and manufacturability. Oversee cold equipment design and testing to align with project requirements. Ensure product compliance and certification (e.g., UL, CE, EMI/EMC) throughout development. Select and troubleshoot electrical components to meet performance and safety standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications and manuals. Facilitate knowledge transfer through product training and assessments to ensure reliability. Utilize hands-on skills in electrical wiring, panel assembly, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. 2-10 years of experience in electrical design for refrigeration, HVAC, or similar appliance industries. Proficient knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical safety, motor control, and embedded control systems. Experience with CAD software. Familiarity with relevant industry standards such as UL and IEC. Hands-on expertise with electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
