Power the Future of Solar Support and PV Design
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional with experience in electrical engineering, solar systems, or technical support. This role is ideal for someone who has worked with solar or PV (photovoltaic) systems and can provide reliable Level 1 or Level 2 support while assisting with PV design management and coordination.
Candidates may come from an electrical engineering background, electrician or solar technician experience, or technical support environments. Experience working with Australian or US solar companies is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 or Level 2 technical support related to solar and PV systems
- Assist in managing, reviewing, and coordinating PV (solar) designs
- Support troubleshooting and technical inquiries for solar-related projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer support
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and technical records
- Assist with system monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing support tasks
- Coordinate with stakeholders regarding solar design updates and technical requirements
RequirementsQualifications
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field
- Open to candidates with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Experience as an electrician or technician with hands-on solar experience
- Exposure to Level 1 or Level 2 support environments is an advantage
- Knowledge or experience in PV (photovoltaic) design and solar systems
- Bonus if experienced working with Australian solar companies managing PV designs
- Bonus if experienced working with US solar companies handling solar/PV design support
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
