Job Description

Project Execution & Supervision

Coordinate and oversee installation activities to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
Supervise installation crews, electricians, and subcontractors on-site.
Ensure proper handling and installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components.
Conduct quality checks during and after installation; ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and maintain all project documentation including technical reports, inspection checklists, and as-built drawings.
Ensure systems comply with national and local electrical standards and utility interconnection requirements.
Assist in securing permits and approvals from LGUs, utilities, and regulatory bodies.

Commissioning & Handover

Conduct system testing and commissioning; validate system performance against design specifications.
Provide training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
Prepare turnover documents including warranties, manuals, and completion certificates.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered Master Electrician (RME) is a plus.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in solar PV design, installation, or project management.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and solar design tools (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope).
