The Electrical Engineer is responsible in overseeing the maintenance and continuous operation of plant facilities and equipment by designing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing technical teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. He/She will coordinate with external suppliers for in-depth maintenance, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure that utilities remain uninterrupted and within budget. He/She shall also be involved in recommending technical upgrades, supporting ISO compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation to drive operational efficiency and continual improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Professional licensure as a Registered Engineer is preferred.
- Additional certifications in Facilities Management, Maintenance Management, or ISO standards are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities and equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or plant environment
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, overseeing technical teams
- Proven experience in implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing spare parts inventory, and coordinating with external suppliers
- Hands-on experience with equipment calibration, utility management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Experience supporting ISO standards and driving continual improvement initiatives is an advantage.
