Your impact
We're looking for a Senior Electrical BIM Designer to lead the development and coordination of electrical BIM models and design documentation. In this role, you'll guide project teams, ensure high technical accuracy, and support effective collaboration across disciplines and with construction partners.
You'll use your advanced Revit skills, strong electrical engineering knowledge, and leadership abilities to mentor junior staff and help improve BIM standards and digital practices. This position offers significant responsibility and strong opportunities for career growth based on your initiative and capabilities.
Here's what you'll need
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of electrical BIM/Revit experience
- Advanced Revit modeling and custom family creation skills
- Strong electrical systems knowledge
- Proficiency with AutoCAD; familiarity with Navisworks
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proven ability to lead tasks and deliver high‑quality work under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's/Bachelor's in CAD/BIM, Electrical Design, or Engineering Technology
- Experience in high‑tech or industrial facilities
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, BIM 360/ACC
- Experience developing BIM standards or using automation tools (e.g., Dynamo)
