About the Role
We are hiring an executive assistant to support business operations and marketing for a small business that provides training and strategic support for nonprofits.
This remote role involves the development of online educational courses, content creation, development of marketing collateral, social media management, calendar, email and CRM management, and more.
Must-Haves
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Proactive, creative and critical thinking skills
- Excellent graphic design, video editing and branding
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation
- Experience with course development tools - or willingness to learn
Details
- Position: Full-Time, Remote
- Working Hours: Mainly EST timezone
- Tools: Zoho, Trello, Canva, Google Workspace, WordPress, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, WhatsApp, Loom, Zoom, various AI tools and learning management platforms
- Other: You must be comfortable working synchronously and screen sharing as appropriate. You must also be comfortable with the use of time tracking tools (e.g. Hubstaff)
Compensation
- Base Salary: $1K USD per month
- Performance-based bonuses available
