Position: EEO Investigative Aide I

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night Shift

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Your Role

  • Create case folders and approved subfolders, apply file-naming conventions, and maintain the document index.
  • Enter case milestones, assignments, contacts, and receipt dates in the case-management tracker.
  • Prepare approved template correspondence for investigator review, calendar response dates, and send authorized reminders.
  • Schedule interviews and meetings, confirm attendance, and maintain accurate contact information.
  • Convert, combine, paginate, bookmark, and organize PDFs; perform basic legibility and completeness checks.
  • Track affidavits, exhibits, authorizations, and outstanding document requests; promptly flag delinquencies.
  • Assemble draft exhibit folders and perform clerical proofreading against a checklist.
  • Safeguard PII and case information in accordance with company and client security requirements.

  • Strong commitment to task ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end processes from initiation through completion.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and trackers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate schedules and follow established procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information, including PII and case-related documents, with discretion and adherence to security requirements.
