Education Technology Specialist

The Education Technology Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing the university's teaching and learning environment through the effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and related educational technologies. The role works closely with faculty, academic units, and IT teams to promote innovative, accessible, and technology-enabled instruction aligned with the university's vision, mission, and academic goals.  

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science 
• Experience: At least 2 years experience as IT support, preferably in an educational setting 

Skills: 

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in conducting presentations 
• Familiarity with handling audio-visual equipment 
• Troubleshooting network, software, and hardware issues. 
• Assist teachers and students with LMS-related concerns and troubleshooting.
