Role Description

The Education Counsellor / Marketing Officer (Filipino) is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role involves providing one-on-one counseling to prospective students, explaining study options in Australia, and guiding them through application and visa processes. The position includes conducting career counseling sessions, organizing information sessions, and responding to inquiries via in-person meetings, phone, and online channels. The role also requires contributing to marketing activities such as promoting services on social media, supporting events and campaigns, and building relationships with local schools and communities. The Education Counsellor / Marketing Officer maintains accurate client records, follows up with leads, and collaborates with the team to achieve enrollment and marketing targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to explain study pathways and Australian education systems clearly.
• Candidates should possess Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support clients in choosing suitable courses and planning long-term academic and career goals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and Filipino, and the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients.
• Relevant experience in education services, international student recruitment, or immigration consulting is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in basic office software and social media platforms for client communication and marketing activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting in Quezon City and maintain professional, ethical standards in client advising.
