Job Description

  • Design and develop complete branding kits, including logos, color palettes, typography, packaging mockups, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their brand vision, goals, and creative preferences.
  • Present concepts, collect feedback, and refine designs based on client input.
  • Create digital and print-ready assets such as social media graphics, brochures, product labels, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand identity, aesthetic consistency, and project objectives.
  • Work closely with internal marketing, product development, and sales teams to support branding needs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Stay updated on design trends, branding best practices, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and package final design files in an organized, client-ready format.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (Adobe InDesign is a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience creating branding kits and visual identity systems (portfolio required).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and branding principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing discussions.
  • Ability to translate client ideas into cohesive, compelling visual concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
