Role Overview

Primary Function: We're looking for an Economic and Commodity Insights Supervisor to join our team and support strategic decision-making by delivering economic, commodity, and market intelligence through data monitoring, analysis, research execution, and technology scouting.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by translating macroeconomic and commodity trends into actionable business insights, leading research projects end-to-end, and strengthening research capabilities through tools, vendor management, and process improvements.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Marketing, or related field
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Research, Analytics, and Business Intelligence
• Experience managing a wide variety of research projects across multiple geographies
• Strong understanding of research methodologies, tools, and platforms (quantitative and qualitative)
• Skilled in analyzing and synthesizing complex data into clear, strategic insights
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and communication skills
• Familiarity with syndicated data tools and platforms (e.g. StoneX, CRA, Eikon Refinitiv, USDA)
• Proficiency in dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced modeling)
• Willing to be based in Ortigas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, or the Trading and Banking industry is preferred
