Job Title: eCommerce Virtual Assistant

Work hours: Part-time 15 hours per week

Timezone: Central Standard Time (US)

Initial work schedule: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm CST, Mondays to Fridays

Rate: $5-6 per hour DOE

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Virtual Assistant to oversee and manage our client's Amazon account. The role involves building, maintaining, and growing the Amazon store, providing exceptional customer service and sales support, managing inventory, developing processes to increase sales, and effectively communicating progress and insights to the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Account Management: Build, optimize, and manage the client's Amazon account, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
  • Customer Service & Sales Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly, handle returns or exchanges, and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement efficient processes to increase sales, streamline operations, and enhance overall store performance.
  • Reporting & Communication: Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and performance metrics. Communicate effectively with the client, providing updates and actionable insights.
  • Optimization & Growth: Analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and propose strategies to improve product visibility, rankings, and sales.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the client to create and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising strategies and promotions to drive sales.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth functioning of the Amazon account, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on platform changes and updates.

  • Qualifications:

    1. Proven experience (at least 1 year) in managing Amazon accounts, preferably in a virtual assistant or similar role.
    2. Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and FBA processes.
    3. Proficiency in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    4. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    5. Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain principles.
    6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a remote/virtual setting.
    7. Familiarity with e-commerce tools, analytics, and marketing strategies.
    8. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
