Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Ecommerce Lead, to own and operate the d2c webshop front, while also being in charge of managing online marketplaces (creating the strategy, analyzing the data, presenting & defending plans, execution, leading a small and growing team).

This role is ideal for professionals with 2-5 years experience, with the willingness to understand how to build a business from scratch, and who would like to get exposure to a high performing environment to learn fast.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Shopify front- and backends through steering relevant metrics

- End-to-end manage online marketplaces, starting with our incubation market (Philippines) and optionally later on for more markets in EU + SEA

- Manage a small and growing team

What We're Looking For

- Preferred: You previously launched your own startup

- Strong analytical talent and eagerness to learn

- Previous working experience in a highly competitive environment (consulting, competitive startups, (...))

- Proactive and strong initiative-based work style

- Ambition, Passion

- Previous track record managing performance oriented consumer/ecommerce projects
