Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Specialist role based in Quezon City. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage the daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including uploading and maintaining product listings, monitoring online sales, and analyzing performance metrics. The role will involve improving customer experience on e-commerce platforms, handling inquiries, and working towards achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns and ensure smooth operations will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and optimize e-commerce performance
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address customer inquiries and collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience in E-Commerce management, including platform operations and marketing
- Understanding of Sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Working knowledge of digital tools and e-commerce platforms
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the FMCG industry is a plus
