Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting directly to an Australia-based manager, you will be a vital member of the Marketing Team, driving the commercial success of our online storefront. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Storefront Operations: Independently manage day-to-day Shopify Plus operations, building and optimizing collections, product templates, navigation structures, and high-converting campaign landing pages.
  • Campaign & Promotion Execution: Coordinate and execute end-to-end promotional campaigns, managing setup, QA testing, merchandising rules, and post-launch validation to ensure seamless across-device user experiences.
  • Email Marketing & CRM: Own the execution, segmentation, and optimization of Klaviyo automated lifecycle flows to maximize customer retention, repeat purchase rates, and lifetime value.
  • SEO & Content Optimization: Improve product descriptions, metadata, and onsite editorial content to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and digital conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer behavior, merchandising performance, and marketing metrics using Google Analytics (GA4) to present actionable commercial growth insights.

What You'll Bring

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify Plus ecommerce store beyond basic product uploads.
  • Strong competency utilizing Klaviyo for advanced audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and automated flow optimization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Shopify architecture, including collection conditions, theme templates, sections, and metafields.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics (GA4) with a proven ability to translate data trends into strategic website improvements.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or Website Management, preferably within a high-growth brand environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding written communication skills for digital copywriting, and a proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork.

Bonus Points For

  • Prior experience in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or fast-moving consumer brands sectors.
  • Direct exposure to managing digital storefronts across international ecommerce markets.
  • Formal qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • Experience working effectively alongside external development partners and creative agencies.
