Our client is a US-based e-commerce company that offers a wide range of electronics products that are tested to fit any desk environment with guaranteed compatibility.

About The Role

As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, visibility, and overall quality of our product catalog across business-to-business (B2B) ecommerce channels. This team is responsible for optimizing our presence on platforms such as Staples, CDW, Insight, and Office Depot, supporting Plugables diversification strategy through B2B growth.

We are looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, and action-driven individual with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

  • Ticket Management and Auditing
  • Actively monitor and manage the internal ticketing system to address urgent issues across B2B partners.
  • Respond promptly to content discrepancies, pricing violations, and out-of-stock events.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Content Management & Optimization
  • Maintain and manage product information across multiple B2B channels.
  • Ensure product details, specifications, and features are accurately represented and updated as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to enhance product content for better visibility and customer engagement.
  • Optimize product listings to improve conversion rates and search rankings.
  • Data Management & Support
    • Assist with data collection, logging, and cleansing to support team operations and reporting.
    • Communication & Collaboration
      • Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve content-related issues in a timely manner.
      • Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and enhance overall ecommerce performance.
    Competencies And Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce product management or a related role.
    • Expertise in managing product information across diverse marketplaces and various e-commerce platforms.
    • Proficient in utilizing Google Suite or Microsoft Office for efficient and organized workflow.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all aspects of product management.
    • Action-oriented mindset, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion.
    • Versatile and adaptable, ready to embrace and excel in new projects and challenges.

    Schedule

    Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm EST (At least 3-4 hours overlap with EST business hours is required)
