Your Role
As an
E-commerce Content & Onsite Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the digital storefront to improve discovery, engagement, and conversion. You will ensure a high-quality onsite experience across multiple markets through content optimization, merchandising, and performance analysis.
You Will
- Refresh and enhance landing pages, category pages, and onsite copy using SEO insights, search data, and user behavior analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve onsite content for both traditional search and emerging AI/LLM discovery through research and analytics
- Maintain and update product and category pages to ensure content is accurate, conversion-optimized, and enriched with assets such as UGC and internal links
- Localize and optimize site assets, banners, and merchandising placements based on market trends and weekly performance data
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to support promotions, lead-generation initiatives, and campaign journeys
- Produce weekly performance reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations for business optimization

- Excellent written communication skills and strong content judgment
- Analytical ability and confidence working with e-commerce data and reporting tools
- Experience using CMS platforms, analytics tools, and AI tools to improve workflows
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while balancing multiple priorities effectively
