eCommerce Specialist (Fulfillment Operations)

Responsibilities

• Performance Improvement and SOP Implementation

Education and Experience

• College Graduate in Business, E-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT or a related field
• At least 3-5 years experience in E-Commerce, Hyperlocal Operations, retail or any related role from a similar organization

Key Qualifications

• Experience in managing hyperlocal operations across multiple retail stores or fulfillment locations
• Strong knowledge of order management, inventory, fulfillment, store operations, and last mile delivery
• Extensive knowledge in fleet management and 3PL platforms such as Lalamove, Transportify and Grab Express
• Experience in Team Leadership, KPI Monitoring, process improvement and cross functional coordination
• Proven experience managing E-commerce platforms preferably Grabmart, own online retail platforms and integration systems
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint and E-commerce operational reporting
