About the Role

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and revenue.

You will work closely with internal teams and delivery platform partners to execute campaigns, analyze business performance, manage product listings, and ensure operational excellence across our e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in digital commerce and online business operations.
• Preferably with experience managing or supporting GrabFood, Foodpanda, or similar food delivery and marketplace platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Manila.
