Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:

  1. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management and other similar courses;
  2. With at least 5 years of related experience in managing e-commerce platforms. Background in the Consumer Goods industry is an advantage;
  3. Proven experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  4. Demonstrates critical thinking, problem-solving and customer service skills;
  5. Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications with good communication skills.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Creating and optimizing product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
  2. Implementing digital marketing strategies to attract customers and drive sales, including social media marketing, email campaigns, and SEO.
  3. Processing customer orders efficiently, coordinating with the warehouse or fulfillment center, and ensuring timely delivery.
  4. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly, providing excellent customer support through various channels (email, chat, phone).
  5. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, website traffic, and customer engagement to identify trends and optimize strategies.
