Job Scope:

1. Business Planning and Execution

  • Maintain and foster stronger relationships with online channel accounts
  • Maximize onsite exposure for the brands for both BAU and mega campaigns
  • Drive website traffic and acquiring leads/customers with significant conversion
  • Analyze KPIs to measure progress and achievement. To keep all these updated and tracked on a daily / weekly basis, or as needed.
  • Creates plans and procedures on promos and stock allocation.
  • Review and give feedback to superior with PDCA after every promotions and campaigns
  • End-to-end execution of eCommerce operations and seller center systems
  • Ability to think outside the box and test run new projects

2. Sony Store Maintenance

  • Visual merchandising and store management or decorations on a weekly or monthly basis including utilizing seller tools
  • Ensures that all product details, photos, videos, banners, and other information are complete, correct, and uploaded on-time
  • Weekly cross-checking of prices and promos uploaded by dealer
  • Prepares and process requests for promotional artworks. Also uploads artworks onsite.
  • Updates dealer of SKUs at critical level in coordination with the reports generated by Data Management
  • Coordination with dealer and marketing on the promos and SKUs implementation

3. Customer Engagement

  • Management and planning of feed and posts
  • Plan live streaming in line with Marketing direction and / or as sales demand need
  • Weekly management and planning of CEM posts

4. Competitor Analysis, Monitoring and Reporting

  • Analyze competitors strengths and weaknesses and utilize information collected to leverage Sony's brand position and pricing
  • Regularly monitor competitors website and stores promos and activities on a daily / weekly basis. To keep all these updated including competitor benchmarking
  • Maintaining and keeping store ratings and rankings
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports and presentations for sales, marketing, marketing communications, dealer, and e-commerce platforms (as necessary)

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online marketplace management.
  3. Experience handling premium brands and managing key online sales channels.
  4. Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, consumer behavior, digital marketing, and market trends.
  5. Analytical and commercially minded, with experience in sales performance tracking, forecasting, and business planning.
  6. Proficient in e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  7. Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
  8. Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
