Ecommerce Operations Specialist (Shopify + Checkout Champ)

We are only considering candidates who possess at least 3 years of professional experience specifically with Shopify, Checkout Champ CRM, and Payment Gateway management. About the Role: We are looking for a highly communicative and resourceful Specialist to lead our store operations. This role requires a unique blend of design talent (Shopify) and technical backend logic (Checkout Champ).

• Design Excellence: You can take a blank Shopify store and turn it into a high-converting, beautiful brand.
• CRM Expertise: You are a power user of Checkout Champ, capable of managing complex funnels and upsells.
• Resourcefulness: You take 100% ownership. You ensure everything on the website is looking good and working perfectly without being told.
• Communication: You provide clear daily updates and can explain complex technical issues in simple terms.

Technical Proficiencies Required:

• Shopify Theme Customization & Liquid (preferred)
• Checkout Champ CRM (Funnel mapping/MIDs)
• Advanced Product Research & High-Level Copywriting
• Payment Gateway troubleshooting (MIDs, etc.)
