About The Role

The eCommerce Specialist own the end-to-end performance, operations, and growth of all e-commerce channels (Amazon, Shopify, and additional marketplaces).

This role is responsible for managing the full e-commerce ecosystem, including forecasting, inventory planning, product performance, listings, pricing, and operational execution, while ensuring alignment between digital sales, finance, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • eCommerce Operations Management: Own end-to-end operations across Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces to ensure smooth daily execution.
  • Revenue & Growth Optimization: Own revenue performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve margins through strategic decision-making.
  • Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Manage demand forecasting, replenishment, and stock levels to maintain product availability while minimizing overstocks.
  • Production & Supply Coordination: Translate forecasts into production requirements while aligning with batch sizes, MOQs, and supply constraints.
  • Inventory Systems Control: Ensure accurate inventory tracking across all platforms, systems, and internal records.
  • Catalog & Listing Management: Oversee product listings, pricing, bundles, positioning, and content across all sales channels.
  • Listing Performance Optimization: Continuously improve listings to increase conversion, visibility, and overall sales performance.
  • SKU Performance Analysis: Review SKU-level sales and margin data to determine products to scale, optimize, or discontinue.
  • Promotions & Commercial Planning: Lead promotional planning aligned with inventory levels, revenue targets, and profitability goals.
  • Operational Efficiency & Automation: Identify process inefficiencies and implement tools or automation to improve workflows and scalability.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Maintain dashboards and centralized reporting for forecasting, inventory, and business performance.
  • Finance & Systems Alignment: Partner with finance to align inventory, purchase orders, and QuickBooks records.
  • Process Documentation & SOPs: Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and training materials for operational consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.

Competencies And Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations (Amazon and Shopify required)
  • Strong understanding of both growth and operational sides of e-commerce (performance + supply chain)
  • Experience owning revenue performance, not just execution
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Sellerboard, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Google Sheets/Excel
  • Familiarity with inventory planning, forecasting, and manufacturing constraints
  • Experience working with financial systems such as QuickBooks and understanding of COGS, margins, and P&L
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into decisions
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in execution
  • Experience building or improving processes in unstructured environments
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to lead without constant direction
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a time zone aligned with US operations
