Quick Rundown:
The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for affiliates regarding ecommerce and company store solutions. This role is responsible for coordinating ecommerce projects from intake through implementation, managing project communications and timelines, supporting store administration activities, and delivering presentations and demonstrations of ecommerce solutions.
What You'll Do:
Ecommerce Project Coordination & Customer Support
- Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, customers, and users regarding ecommerce and company store requests.
- Coordinate new store setups, website updates, maintenance, and enhancement requests.
- Work with internal teams to identify and deliver ecommerce solutions.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and status updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests within established service levels.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between affiliates and internal teams.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support for ecommerce and company store solutions.
- Assist in resolving customer issues by collaborating with technical, financial, and operational teams.
- Conduct research to support ecommerce projects and initiatives.
Presentations & Solution Support
- Present ecommerce and company store solutions to prospective and existing affiliates.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable ecommerce solutions.
- Create and maintain presentation materials and supporting documentation.
- Educate users on platform features, functionality, and best practices.
- Follow up on recommendations, action items, and next steps after meetings.
Store Administration & Content Management
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and management of ecommerce stores and websites.
- Update store content, product information, and site design elements.
- Support catalog management and product organization.
- Perform quality checks to ensure store information is accurate and complete.
- Test website updates and new features before launch.
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare reports for internal teams, affiliates, and customers.
- Track ecommerce-related fees and ensure accurate allocation.
- Assist with project tracking, scheduling, and workload management.
- Maintain project records, documentation, and operational reports.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce, customer service, project coordination, or a related role.
- Experience managing online stores, website updates, or ecommerce projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, online stores, and website administration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively.
- Experience working with customers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, content management systems (CMS), or ecommerce platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data entry, reporting, documentation, and quality checks.
- Ability to provide customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Comfortable conducting training sessions, product demonstrations, and user support.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
