Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm EST

Our US-based client is a CPG brand in the health and wellness space selling on a variety of third-party online marketplaces (channels).

About The Role

As an eCommerce Operations Assistant, you will you be managing and optimizing product listings across multiple platforms, tracking marketplace out-of-stocks (OOS), and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. The role also involves spotting, reporting, and submitting corrections for listing and price issues, as well as tracking the status of onboarding and updates submitted to ensure proper implementation.

This role requires strong expertise in eCommerce platforms, data management, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication to drive visibility, compliance, and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings across eCommerce platforms such as Walmart, eBay, and others, ensuring accurate pricing, titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Use Excel/Google Sheets to track inventory levels, generate reports, and monitor stock status with accuracy.
  • Issue Identification & Resolution: Conduct audits, detect discrepancies (pricing, missing images), spot and report listing/price issues, submit corrections, and monitor resolution status.
  • Communication: Report issues with supporting documentation, collaborate with internal teams, and coordinate on updates and requests.
  • Technical Skills: Perform basic image editing, backend keyword optimization, and product categorization to improve visibility.
  • Time Management: Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost productivity and efficiency.

Competencies And Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Atleast 2 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic skills in image management and backend optimization
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Tools & Platforms

  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar task management tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
