Job Description

OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES

Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Onsite, Paranaque City

We are seeking a creative and strategic marketer to lead brand's presence on ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with online trend and can produce engaging short-form video content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals for the store.
  • Grow social media channels [TikTok, Instagram, Facebook] reach out to creators, negotiate percentages, and grow daily with more and more creators. manage contact, etc
  • Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges, and leverage them to produce viral content.
  • Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand reach.
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement rate) and optimize content accordingly.
  • Manage TikTok community engagement (respond to comments, DMs, etc.).

Requirements

  • Strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
  • A deep understanding of TikTok culture, humor, and trends.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on tight deadlines.
