Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Onsite, Paranaque City
We are seeking a creative and strategic marketer to lead brand's presence on ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with online trend and can produce engaging short-form video content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals for the store.
- Grow social media channels [TikTok, Instagram, Facebook] reach out to creators, negotiate percentages, and grow daily with more and more creators. manage contact, etc
- Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
- Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges, and leverage them to produce viral content.
- Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand reach.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement rate) and optimize content accordingly.
- Manage TikTok community engagement (respond to comments, DMs, etc.).
Requirements
- Strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- A deep understanding of TikTok culture, humor, and trends.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on tight deadlines.
