eCommerce Merchandising Senior Manager

Responsibilities

1. Merchandising Strategy and Commercial Planning

2. Product Listing and Content Management

3. Digital Shelf Management, Merchandising and Product Discovery

4. Pricing and Promotional Management

5. Inventory Coordination

6. Process Ownership and Function Development

Key Deliverables

• Merchandising strategy, assortment plans, and promotional calendar.
• Accurate product listings, optimized storefronts, and correctly executed campaigns.
• Performance reports, improvement plans, and documented operating processes.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science and Analytics or a related field.
• Preferably 10+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce Platforms
• Proven experience in demand planning, merchandising, category management, buying, inventory planning, or related retail functions, with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience managing managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ownership of merchandising plans and hands-on execution across online stores or marketplace channels.
• Proven ability to turn commercial analysis into product, content, pricing, and promotional actions.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving ability, and ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Competencies

• Strong working knowledge of PIM Product Information Management Systems
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and large catalog management.
• Practical experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplace seller tools, content management systems, and analytics tools.
