The Role

You will own day‑to‑day operations and growth for our marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada) and D2C platform (Shopify/TikTok Shop).

You'll balance hands‑on execution (listings, promos, orders) with strategic optimization (campaigns, A/B tests, reporting).

What You Will Do

• End‑to‑end marketplace management: create optimized listings, upload assets, manage pricing and SKUs.
• Promotions and acquisition: plan and execute marketplace promos, vouchers, and paid campaigns to drive cost‑effective customer acquisition and sustainable growth.
• Customer experience: handle buyer messages, and disputes while protecting seller ratings.
• Performance analysis: build dashboards, analyze conversion funnels, and present weekly/monthly insights to stakeholders.
• Process improvement: document SOPs and scale repeatable workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in e‑commerce or marketplace operations with measurable results.
• Proven experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada seller centers. Shopify experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Graduate from a leading 4-year university
