Ecommerce Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Lead located in San Juan del Monte. The E-commerce Lead will oversee the company's online sales channels, develop and implement e-commerce strategies, analyze sales data, monitor customer behavior, and optimize the digital storefront. Responsibilities include managing customer service strategies, ensuring seamless UX on e-commerce platforms, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and analyzing performance metrics to increase sales and customer engagement.

• Strong skills in E-Commerce and Sales with a proven track record in managing and growing online sales.
• Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting data and applying strategies to optimize e-commerce performance.
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to enhance customer experience and boost satisfaction.
• Ability to work onsite in San Juan del Monte, with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Experience with digital marketing, inventory management in e-commerce platforms, and relevant technology tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
