Job Description

  • Creating and optimizing product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Implementing digital marketing strategies to attract customers and drive sales, including social media marketing, email campaigns, and SEO.
  • Processing customer orders efficiently, coordinating with the warehouse or fulfillment center, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly, providing excellent customer support through various channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, website traffic, and customer engagement to identify trends and optimize strategies.

Professional Experience And Required Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management and other similar courses;
  • With at least 5 years of related experience in managing e-commerce platforms. Background in the Consumer Goods industry is an advantage;
  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, problem-solving and customer service skills;
  • Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications with good communication skills.
