Job Description
- Spearhead the launch, management and optimization of the brand'se commerce platform to ensure a seamless andhighperformance shopping experience
- Oversee order lifecycle processes including order flow, fulfillment tracking, returns monitoring, and SLA performance to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
- Drive onsite merchandising strategy, including product activation, categorization, tagging, and pricing alignment with commercial and merchandising teams
- Monitor website health and functionality, escalating technical issues to regional IT, developers, and external partners for resolution
- Analyze ecommerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion, customer journey metrics, and behavioral insights to recommend improvement initiatives
- Coordinate campaign execution, onsite content updates, and promotional activities in alignment with marketing and regional teams
- Manage marketplace performance, including product listings, search optimization, platform relationships, and promotional participation
- Partner with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to streamline operational processes and enhance the endtoend consumer experience
- Identify opportunities to introduce new tools, process enhancements, or digital capabilities to support growth and efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and bestinclass ecommerce practices to inform strategy and continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital merchandising, or online commercial management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento) and understanding of digital performance metrics
- Excellent crossfunctional coordination skills, with experience working with marketing, merchandising, supply chain, customer service, and IT teams
- Ability to manage complex operations, solve problems quickly, and lead initiatives in a fastpaced digital environment
