JOB SUMMARY: The Ecommerce Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of online sales channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce sales strategies across platforms that align with the company's overall objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that drive traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of online sales channels, leveraging data analytics and insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop and manage the ecommerce sales budget, allocating resources effectively and ensuring efficient cost management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in ecommerce sales to maintain the company's competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about ecommerce, online platforms, and new digital trends
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through ecommerce platforms and partnerships.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, and online customer acquisition.
