Job description:
Project Objectives
- Enable more self-service transactions without disrupting quote-based sales
- Create a scalable foundation for future optimization and growth
- Maintain operational, financial, and fulfillment stability within NetSuite
Scope of Work
1. Product & Catalog Foundation
- Support consolidation of legacy product content into NetSuite-managed product records
- Assist with aligning product data for conversion-ready Product Detail Pages (PDPs)
2. Website & User Experience (HubSpot-Hosted)
- Build and manage HubSpot-hosted webpages for the new Software Toolbox website
- Translate approved Figma designs into live HubSpot webpages
- Implement updated Product Detail Pages, homepage, and key landing pages
- Ensure mobile-first, performance-optimized user experience
- Reduce friction and distractions in the purchase funnel
Key Deliverables
- Complete remaining Figma designs for the new website (approximately 80% complete)
- Move Figma-created webpages into HubSpot CMS (using transjt.ai or similar tools where appropriate)
- Reformat NetSuite Buy Now pages to match the look and feel of the HubSpot-hosted pages
- Ensure visual and functional consistency between HubSpot and NetSuite
Qualification and requirements:
- Hands-on experience building and managing HubSpot-hosted websites (HubSpot CMS)
- Practical experience working with NetSuite in a web or eCommerce context
- Ability to execute designs accurately and manage cross-platform updates
Nice-to-Have Experience (Not Required)
- eCommerce or self-service purchasing implementations
- Product catalog or PDP optimization
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO) or UX best practices
- Experience with NetSuite Buy Now, SuiteCommerce, or custom NetSuite flows
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design-to-build tools (e.g., transjt.ai)
- Experience with B2B or hybrid B2B/B2C sales models
