Job Description

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM PHT

Salary Range: Up to Php 100,000 (commensurate to experience)

About The Company

Our client is a US-based eCommerce brand specializing in practical, durable tools designed for everyday work, home improvement, and trade use. Their product range includes hand tools, inspection tools, cutters, electrical tools, screwdrivers, sheet metal tools, tape measures, and other tool accessories.

About The Role

Our client is looking for an eCommerce Graphic Designer to support the visual execution of their Amazon product listings, A+ content, and packaging assets.

This is a key creative role within a fast-moving eCommerce team that regularly launches new products across Amazon US and Canada. The ideal candidate is someone who can turn raw product photos and product information into high-converting, scroll-stopping visuals that help customers quickly understand the value of each product.

This role goes beyond basic design execution. The designer will be expected to think strategically about what drives clicks and conversions, create compelling Amazon listing images, support A+ content layouts, and help improve visual assets through testing and performance insights. Their work will directly impact product launches, customer engagement, and overall listing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Amazon Listing Image Design: Create high-converting hero images, infographics, lifestyle composites, comparison charts, and feature callout images for new product launches.
  • A+ Content Creation: Design Amazon A+ Content modules that clearly communicate product benefits, use cases, and brand story.
  • Packaging Design: Own packaging assets, including dielines, sleeve art, insert cards, and label layouts, from concept to print-ready files.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual identity across Amazon US, Amazon Canada, Shopify, TikTok, and other customer-facing channels.
  • Photo Editing & Compositing: Turn raw product photos, studio shots, and supplier renders into polished, professional eCommerce visuals.
  • A/B Testing & Creative Optimization: Support A/B testing for main images, infographic layouts, and A+ content, using performance data to improve creative output.
  • Template & Asset Management: Build reusable design templates and keep shared design files organized, versioned, and easy to access.
  • Storefront & Promotional Updates: Refresh storefront assets and create visuals for new launches, seasonal campaigns, and urgent creative requests.
  • Short-Form Product Videos: Create simple product videos using AI video tools such as Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, or similar platforms.
  • Listing Audits & Creative Improvements: Review existing listings, identify underperforming visuals, and recommend data-backed design improvements.
  • Amazon & Competitor Research: Stay updated on Amazon image requirements, competitor design strategies, and eCommerce creative best practices.

Competencies And Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • A graphic designer with 2+ years creating e-commerce product imagery. Your portfolio proves it.
  • An Adobe Creative Suite pro. Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills are non-negotiable.
  • An Amazon listing design veteran. You've built main images, infographic cards, and A+ content before. You know what converts on a product detail page.
  • A product photo compositing specialist. You can take a raw product shot and turn it into a lifestyle scene, an infographic, or a comparison chart that sells.
  • A packaging design contributor. You've worked with dielines, print-ready files, and CMYK color management.
  • Data-informed. You don't just design what looks good. You think about what converts and you want to prove it with A/B testing.
  • Experience with Amazon Manage Your Experiments or similar A/B testing tools.
  • Pixel-perfect. Strong attention to detail with minimal revisions needed.
  • Organized and fast. You manage multiple concurrent projects and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with project management tools (ClickUp).
  • Coachable. Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback while maintaining a high standard.
  • A strong English communicator. You'll collaborate with a US-based founder and Philippines-based teammates via Slack and Google Workspace.

Nice-to-Have

  • Amazon US/Canada marketplace design experience specifically.
  • AI design tool skills (Midjourney, Scalable) for concept generation and workflow acceleration.
  • Experience with AI video creation tools (Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, HeyGen, or similar) for short-form product videos.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization and how visual merchandising impacts CTR and unit session percentage on product detail pages.

KPIs You'll Smash

  • Standard listing image sets (7 images + A+ content) delivered within 1-2 days of receiving a creative brief.
  • Maintain output pace for 4-8 new product launches per month without sacrificing quality.
  • Refresh A+ content on 10+ existing listings in your first 90 days with measurable visual quality improvement.
  • Zero Amazon image compliance rejections: every asset meets technical requirements on first upload.
  • Run at least 4 active A/B tests per month on listing images or A+ content, with documented results and learnings.
  • Build a reusable template library that cuts future design turnaround by 30%+.

What The Company Offers

  • Own the visual identity of a fast-growing e-commerce brand. Your work directly drives revenue for millions of Amazon shoppers.
  • Small team, massive impact. You're the dedicated creative person, not a cog in a design department.
  • Strategic input, not just execution. You'll have a direct say in what we test, what we change, and how we improve conversion through design.
  • Work alongside a highly technical team that uses AI and automation to eliminate busywork. More creating, less admin.
  • Remote full-time work from anywhere in the Philippines.
  • 9-to-6 PHT working hours, Monday through Friday. No graveyard shifts, no weird hours.
  • Potential for incentive performance-based bonuses. When the company wins, you win.
  • Growth runway. As the brand expands into TikTok, Meta, and new channels, this role evolves into a creative lead position with potential to build and manage a team.
  • Established and profitable business with an aggressive product pipeline. There's always something new to design.
