Ecommerce Customer Service & Marketplace Associate

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Ecommerce Customer Service & Marketplace Associate to join our team.

The priority for this role is strong e-commerce customer service experience. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling order-related issues, responding to emails and phone calls, and ensuring customers receive professional and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
• Handle customer questions, complaints, returns, refunds, and order issues
• Follow up on outstanding customer and order-related matters
• Communicate with customers professionally and efficiently
• Assist with Amazon claims and marketplace-related issues
• Add and update basic product information across e-commerce channels
• Follow established SOPs and company processes
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Identify recurring customer or order issues and escalate when necessary
• Assist with general e-commerce and marketplace administration
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous e-commerce customer service experience is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling customers by email and phone
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised and reliable
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable following SOPs and established processes
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Experience with Amazon or other marketplaces is an advantage
