About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Ecommerce & CRM Manager to lead website and email marketing initiatives. This part-time role (1525 hours/week) has the potential to transition to full-time as the business scales.
You will manage the Shopify storefront and Klaviyo email strategy, optimizing user experience, conversion, and retention. This role suits a digitally savvy marketer with hands-on experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, and CRO, who thrives at the intersection of strategy and data-driven execution.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the Shopify storefront, including product updates, landing pages, seasonal launches, and stock management.
- Lead the implementation of a new website to improve user experience, scalability, and conversion performance.
- Build and maintain Klaviyo email marketing flows, automations, and campaigns.
- Optimize conversion rate through A/B testing, UX improvements, and website analytics.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and recommend strategies for optimization.
- Implement marketing automation and segmentation strategies for personalized customer experiences.
- Collaborate with external partners for paid campaigns where necessary, ensuring alignment with website and email strategy.
- Maintain brand consistency across the website, emails, and digital touchpoints.
- Recommend improvements to existing systems (reviews, email sequences, loyalty programs) and assist in implementation if required.
- Stay updated on e-commerce and email marketing best practices, platform updates, and emerging tools.
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in e-commerce or DTC retail, with a focus on website and email marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize website and email campaigns
- Working knowledge of CRO, analytics, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo reporting)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Background in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Express)
- Experience with automation tools, loyalty programs, or CRM strategies
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field
