The E-commerce Operations & Merchandising Coordinator supports the daily execution of the e-commerce storefront across Shopify and marketplace channels. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on maintaining accurate product merchandising, supporting promotions and launches, and ensuring smooth day-to-day ecommerce operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

- Amazon Seller Central
- Ulta
- TikTok Shop
- Marketplace and other e-commerce wholesale portals
Core Responsibilities
- Support daily Shopify site operations and merchandising updates
- Execute product uploads, PDP updates, collections, and navigation changes
- Assist with homepage merchandising and promotional updates
- Set up and QA promotions, discounts, bundles, and product launches
- Ensure product launches go live accurately and on schedule
- Maintain SKU and catalog accuracy across Shopify, Amazon, Ulta, and TikTok Shop
- Help monitor inventory sync and assist in preventing overselling
- Identify and escalate site issues when needed
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to support ecommerce initiatives
- Work with external Shopify developers for site updates and troubleshooting
- QA site changes before and during launches to ensure a smooth customer experience
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of e-commerce operations or merchandising experience
- Experience working within Shopify requires
- Experience supporting DTC ecommerce merchandising and site updates
- Familiarity with ecommerce promotions and product launches
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or other marketplace platforms preferred
- Exposure to TikTok Shop operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative environments
