About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
eCommerce Coordinator to support ToyMonster's digital retail and online marketplace operations. This role will help manage product listings, retailer syndication, SEO optimization, online advertising support, and marketplace content to ensure products are accurately represented and commercially optimized across retailer and marketplace platforms.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with product data, digital content, retailer portals, and cross-functional teams to ensure listings are complete, accurate, and aligned with brand and retailer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Product Listing Management: Maintain and update product listings across ToyMonster and retailer websites, ensuring content is accurate and complete.
- Retailer Syndication: Support product content syndication across retailer portals, including Kmart, Target, Big W, Smyths, and other partners.
- SEO Product Content: Write and optimize product names and descriptions using relevant keywords, SEO best practices, and retailer naming requirements.
- eCommerce Asset Support: Prepare and coordinate product display images, banners, and other retailer-ready assets based on platform requirements.
- Website and CMS Support: Assist with website updates, product uploads, listing changes, and basic CMS tasks.
- Walmart Connect Support: Support Walmart Connect campaign setup, SKU linking, product mapping, keyword targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Campaign Reporting: Pull and review performance reports, tracking impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, sales, and SKU-level performance.
- Listing and Campaign Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve product content, keywords, assets, bids, budgets, and overall campaign performance.
- Data and Reporting Support: Use Excel, retailer portals, and tools such as Helium 10 to organize product data, keyword insights, and campaign updates.
Competencies And Qualifications
Must-Have
- Atleast 2 years of experience in eCommerce coordination, product listing management, marketplace support, or a similar role
- Experience maintaining and updating product listings across retailer websites, marketplaces, or eCommerce platforms
- Understanding of SEO basics, including keyword usage, searchable product naming, and optimized product descriptions
- Comfortable working with retailer portals, CMS platforms, product data, and digital content updates.
- Basic Excel skills, including data entry, formatting, filtering, and organizing product or campaign information.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams, retailers, agencies, and external partners.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Walmart Connect, including SKU linking, campaign setup, keyword targeting, or performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Sponsored Product, Sponsored Video, or Sponsored Brand campaigns.
- Experience using Helium 10 or similar tools for keyword research, SEO insights, or marketplace optimization.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Experience with retailer portals or PIM platforms such as Kmart, Target, Big W, Smyths, Walmart, or similar retail partners.
- Basic copywriting experience for SEO product descriptions, product names, or marketplace content.
- Experience supporting toy, consumer goods, retail, eCommerce, or marketplace brands
